Terms and Conditions of Service for CapEasy Consulting Private Limited
- Introduction These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of services by CapEasy Consulting Private Limited ("CapEasy"), a consulting firm offering government certifications, registration, accounting, auditing, digital marketing, lead generation, and financial consultation services to its clients ("Client" or "Clients").
- Services CapEasy provides consulting services as outlined herein. Specific service agreements may detail the scope, nature, and parameters of the services to be provided.
- Client Obligations Clients agree to cooperate with CapEasy by providing necessary information, access, and resources as reasonably required for CapEasy to perform the services.
- Fees and Payment Clients will be invoiced according to the agreed-upon fee structure specified in the service agreement. Payments are due within 30 days of invoice receipt unless otherwise specified.
- Confidentiality CapEasy commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all Client information and data shared during the consultation process, except as required by law or with the Client's explicit consent.
- Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights in materials produced as a result of the services provided, including but not limited to reports, analyses, and digital content, shall belong to the Client, except where materials are based on CapEasy's proprietary methods, models, or technologies.
- Liability and Indemnity CapEasy's liability to the Client in relation to any service provided under these Terms shall be limited to the amount of the fees paid by the Client for the service. CapEasy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Termination Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms and fails to rectify the breach within a reasonable timeframe.
- Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration under the rules of [Specify Arbitration Body], and the decision of the arbitration shall be final and binding.
- Amendments CapEasy reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will govern any future services provided by CapEasy to the Client.
- Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ahmedabad Gujarat.
- Acceptance By engaging CapEasy for consulting services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
